We like to keep things simple and collaborative. First, we’ll meet to learn about your business; your goals, team culture, and the kind of person you’re looking for. From there, we’ll create a customized recruitment plan, handle outreach and screening, and present you with a shortlist of qualified candidates. Once you’ve made your choice, we’ll support both you and the candidate through offer and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition. It’s a thoughtful, hands-on process designed to save you time and get the hire right the first time.

Our recruitment fees are based on a percentage of the candidate’s first-year base salary, and vary depending on the complexity and seniority of the role. We operate transparently and tailor our approach to your needs, whether it’s a full retained search or a contingent placement. Before we begin, we’ll walk you through all costs and terms so there are no surprises - just a clear partnership and shared goals.

Every search is unique, but most of our placements are completed within 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff to offer.

Timing depends on the role, the market, and your interview availability — but our process is built to be both thorough and efficient. We start by aligning on your needs, then move quickly through sourcing, screening, and presenting top candidates. Throughout, we keep communication open and timelines clear, so you always know exactly where things stand
